Delete Your SharpScout AI Account
Sharp Scout AI, LLC operates SharpScout AI. You can delete your account directly in the app or request deletion by email.
Delete In App
- Open SharpScout AI.
- Sign in to your account.
- Open the menu, then choose My Account.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Request Deletion By Email
Email support@sharpscout.ai from the address associated with your account. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days after identity verification.
What Is Deleted
Account deletion removes your profile, preferences, and push subscription. Aggregated, non-identifying operational data may be retained for security, reliability, and legal compliance.
Subscriptions
If you have an active SharpScout Pro subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing through Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel the subscription in the store where it was purchased.
